Inferno '98 avenges playoff loss; advances to Championship |
|
Inferno '98 dispatched Junior Varsity in the first round of the playoffs in the Augsburg
Competitive League (Session II) by a score of 6-4. The win evened the record with Junior Varsity
after Inferno '98 was handed it's only loss, in the Championship game of the Competitive League
last session. The win advances Inferno '98 to the Championship game next week against the Sambas.

Inferno '98 was handed its first loss of the Augsburg Competitive League (Session II) by a young and talented
Strikers team by a score of 6-8. The loss allowed the Strikers to take the regular season title. Inferno '98 will
face the #1 seed in the other division, Junior Varsity, in the first playoff game.

Inferno '98 posted another win on Monday, February 11th against the Grumpys by a score of 10-5. This win keeps Inferno '98 at the top of the
leader board of the Augsburg Competitive League (Session II) with a record of 3-0, and a +8 goal differential.

After posting a perfect record (8-0) going into the Championship game of the 1st Session of the Augsburg Indoor Competitive League, Inferno '98 was defeated by a score of 4-10.

Inferno '98 wins league - earns promotion to Division I |
|
Inferno '98 completed their season in Division II with a win over Inferno Rebels by a score of
3-0. With the win, Inferno '98 captured the Division II League Championship as well as earning
a spot in Divsion I in the summer of 2008. Inferno '98 near perfect season ended with a record of 17-1,
with 51 points, including 53 goals for and only 11 against.
